The Crusader 500

Dear St. James Families,
 
We are one month away from The Crusader 500 Auction, and we have a few fun (and important!) updates to help you get race-ready:
 
Raffle Tickets - Ready, set, WIN!
Raffle tickets are now available for $20 each or 6 for $100. This year, you can purchase via online or the paper form.
  • Sales goal: $120 per student
  • Top sellers will win prizes!
Purchase raffle tickets online or send cash with your student using the paper form sent home last week (or you can print the attachment).
**Be sure to include your child's name so they get credit for the sale. 
 
DIY Cookie Kits - Order today!
Enjoy a cozy fall decorating activity while supporting the auction. Each $25 kit includes 9 homemade cookies, icing, and festive sprinkles.
  • Order by: November 7
  • Pick-up: Friday, November 21 (at Parent/Teacher conferences)

Don't forget: Claim your auction tickets AND register to bid!
We know... the "claiming" process feels like a few extra laps around the track, but since you're already online ordering cookies or raffle tickets, claiming your tickets and completing your bidding profile in advance will help you cross that finish line (check-in desk) faster at the event!
 
Your tuition includes two (2) admissions to the event - which gets you food, drinks, and 6 entries into the grand raffle. Here's how to claim (step-by-step screenshots are included on the attached as well): 
  1. Visit the SJA Auction Page
  2. Add a quantity of (2) for "Admission: Claim Tickets - SJA Families." 
  3. Add any extra guest (Single ticket), raffle tickets, or out of uniform passes.
  4. Click Next and proceed to enter contact information, student's name (if purchasing raffle tickets) and payment information
  5. Click Next to proceed to checkout
Now that you’re registered, complete your bidding profile by following the steps below:
  1. Visit the SJA Auction Bidding Platform
  2. Click “Get Started” to begin
  3. Create a new account or login to an existing account
  4. Enter your contact information and credit card details
  5. You’re all set! See you at the event.
